What this means
FBR rejects any invoice where buyer and seller carry the same registration number. Self-supply is not a reportable sale under this system.
Why it happens
- A test or placeholder customer was created using the company's own registration number.
- Stock movements between branches of the same entity were modelled as sales.
- A customer record was seeded from company details during setup and never corrected.
How to fix it
