0083·Seller registration number does not match
Buyer & seller identityOccasional
What this means
Your token authorises submissions for one specific registration. Naming a different seller on the invoice fails, even when both registrations are valid.
Why it happens
- A multi-entity setup submitted one entity's invoice using another's token.
- Seller details are held per invoice but the token is configured globally.
- A branch registration was used where the head office registration holds the token.
How to fix it
- 1Resolve the token from the invoice's own seller, never from global configuration.
- 2Store tokens per registration in multi-entity systems.
How Ordyoo handles this
Tokens are stored per tenant and resolved from the invoice's seller at submission, so cross-tenant use is structurally impossible.
