What this means
FBR does not infer registration type from whether a number is present. The field must explicitly state which of the two statuses applies.
Why it happens
- The field was omitted on the assumption FBR would derive it from the registration number.
- An internal enum value was submitted instead of the expected label.
- The customer record has no status set because verification never ran.
